P. T. S. O.

The Parent Teacher Organization of Dover Elementary School is an activities and fund raising organization. Membership is open to all teachers, parents, and grandparents of students at Dover Elementary School. The purpose of the P.T.S.O. is to raise funds to support the enriched school experience for students, teachers, and Dover families.

School Improvement Council

The School Improvement Council is an organization of teachers and parents. Each individual is elected by the Dover Elementary School stakeholders for a two-year term. The P.T.S.O. President is a non-voting member, as is the school principal.

Annual, state-level training is made available for all members.
