Keeping it Green!!Dover was recently awarded this certificate because of its participation in Breathe Better. Breathe Better encourages motorists to turn off their engines when they are stopping for at least a minute. Eliminating idling will reduce the amount of engine exhaust released from cars. Fumes from engine exhaust can trigger asthma in children and increase air pollution. Make an Earth Day resolution to turn off your car if you will be stopping for more than a minute. This will not only help the planet and our children, but will save you money on fuel cost.

Robotics Team Places Second in District Competition
In its first year, the Dover Elementary Robotics Team placed second in the district wide robotics competition. The team composed of Chase W., Meghan R., Treavather M. and Angel H. built and programmed a dancing robot. The team was coached by Frances Morant and Lynn Rivers.
